Heated seat covers are therapeutic and keep your cushion warm on those cold days. Install them under seat covers and plug into your 12 volt outlet.

How do they make heated seat covers?

Heated seat covers are made by combining heating pads and seat covers together. Install the Pro Series heating pads on top of your factory seat cushion and backrest. Secure the pads by inserting the straps into the buckles and pull until they’re snug. Ignore the heating pads as you install our seat covers and insert the 12 volt power connector into the accessory socket in your vehicle. Turn the temperature control dial on and in about 60 seconds your seat covers will be nice and warm.

The handheld temperature controller allows you to adjust the heat to that perfect level. The controller features a 30 minute safety shut-off circuit. This is a precaution in case you forget to unplug the heated seat covers in you car or truck.

Our seat heaters are waterproof for a reason:

By using a 600 denier 100% polyester fabric with two polyurethane coatings, the heated seat cushion is virtually waterproof. All camouflage fabrics, including the atomic line, feature this special treatment. We want ensure that spills do not soak through the fabric.

Heated seat covers vs. Heated seats:

The difference between heated seat covers and heated seats is time, money and quality of the heating pads. The pads used for heated seat covers are installed on top of your factory seats while, heated seats require pads to be installed under your original factory interior.

There is a large difference in price as well. The pads for heated seat covers cost $85.00 and install in a few 5 minutes. Factory style seat heaters cost about $75.00 -$100.00 but, will cost about $200.00 to get it professionally installed.

If anything goes wrong with your heated seat covers it’s easy to diagnose and fix. However, if something fails with a factory style heater it can be very expensive in time, labor and parts.

Despite advances in heating technology, many factory and aftermarket seat heater kits are still made with old style coated copper wire or carbon fiber with copper or silver power bus lines. The heating, cooling, our movement on a seat, what we have in our pockets and what we wear, all contribute to metal fatigue. In essence, any use of metal in a seat heating device sets the stage for failure, sooner rather than later.

Alternative technology provides great heating results safely:

The ProHeat system features a carbon fiber heating element which is hermetically sealed within a shielding that protects against any exposure to moisture. Our element does not rely on metal to produce heat. The only metal used in our heating system is a bi-metal thermostat. It is a safety device which helps regulate the temperature of each heating pad.
