Northwest Seat Covers proudly introduces the All New Pro-Gard™ Seat Cover.

Pro-Gard™ Seat Covers rival and exceed the performance of Carhartt Seat Covers. A special CORDURA® NYCO blend was selected to challenge the brand power of Carhartt Seat Covers. Working closely with the team at CORDURA®, we managed to create a fabric that is as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans, yet 3 times stronger than the 100% cotton duck that is used to make Carhartt seat covers.

Overview

Pro-Gard™ Seat Covers are made of 74% Cotton, 24% Cordura 6.6 Military grade nylon and 2% Cordura Dynamic yarn. The nice feel of the fabric is from the specially processed cotton. The toughness is from Cordura’s 6.6 nylon and the Dynamic yarns make it easier to install and they look better on the seat. The idea was to offer some natural eco-friendly fabrics that would stand-up to heavy industry but also to offer an upgrade for comfort and appearance. With the addition of Battle-Tested Cordura Seat Cover fabrics, we would be able to offer an alternative to Carhartt Seat Covers.

Carhartt seat covers gained popularity when Covercraft signed a multi-year deal, in July 2013, to license the brand name to produce Carhartt seat covers. These seat covers are made of 100% cotton duck fabric with little bumps on them to be similar to Carhartt’s Workwear line of clothing.

We saw an opportunity to manufacture a competing line, that’s why we created Pro-Gard™ Seat Covers. It certainly meets and exceed the performance characteristics of the fabric used for Carhartt seat covers.

Pro-Gard™ Seat Covers are designed to be the Cordura seat cover alternative to the Carhartt brand. Cordura already has a Global reputation for offering a versatile range of fabrics that incorporate Advanced Fabric Technology. In fact, Cordura yarns are used to make Carhartt workwear products; that’s a testament of trust in Cordura fabrics.

Please note: Northwest Seat Covers dramatically minimize fabric damage caused by UV light and saves the original upholstery on your vehicle's seat. For extra protection you can also spray our covers with a UV protectant or Scotchgard™ after installation.

All orders within Canada will be shipped by Canada Post, UPS, DHL or Purolator. All orders within the U.S. will be shipped by UPS. Production time is 7 - 10 days. Shipping & Delivery time is generally 3-6 business days anywhere in North America. Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

Our Seat Covers come with a 2 years warranty for workmanship & normal wear. We will replace any sections that have worn due to normal use or material defect free of charge.
